“Forces beyond your control
can take away everything you possess
except one thing,
your freedom to choose
how you will respond
to the situation.”
                                  — Victor E. Frankl,
                                      Psychiatrist and Holocaust Survivor

In a world marked by pain and chaos, I have spent the last 20 years providing my clients with compassion, care, and practical strategies for facing and overcoming the challenges of life.

I graduated with a Master’s Degree from Walla Walla University in 2013. I am both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC).

I enjoy working with men, women, couples, teens, and children on a variety of issues including grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, men’s issues, relationship troubles, and emotional healing.

In addition, as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor III (CADC III), I am qualified to provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families grappling with substance abuse, well as any other form of addiction, including sexual addiction and codependence.

Finally, as a Christian Counselor, I skillfully integrate faith and psychology for those who want to approach therapy as a spiritual journey.

Philosophy and Approach

I intentionally engage each of my clients with humility and respect because I can genuinely relate to those who are struggling with difficult issues, as I’ve had my own share of personal crises and losses in life.

Areas of Specialization

I specialize in helping people of all ages with anxiety, behavioral issues, codependency, coping skills, depression, grief, men’s issues, peer relationships, racial identity, relationship issues, self esteem, spirituality, stress, substance use, suicidal ideation, trauma, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am open to working with individuals, couples, and families.

Types of Appointments

I am currently offering both in-person and telehealth appointments.
