Offering Hope and Healing through Redemptive Relationship

Types of Counseling

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy offers one-on-one attention that allows for a more consistent and intensive focus on one's issues and struggles than in any other therapeutic context.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy is designed to help people who are in committed relationships by providing a trained professional to facilitate conversations that lead to reconciliation and/or greater intimacy.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy aims to address the family as a whole, discovering the ways in which a family's relational dynamics have affected each member of the family.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers people the opportunity to interact within the context of a small group. A professional therapist will help the group to function as both a support group and as a sounding board by offering direct feedback. Group therapy brings people together around a particular topic, combining the spontaneity of group conversation with a sense of intimacy and familiarity among group members. Group therapy often becomes an opportunity for people to begin taking new steps with others in a safe environment. You can check out our upcoming group sessions by clicking here.

Phone Therapy

We recognize that traveling to one of our office locations is not possible for everyone. For those who are unable to access our offices, we provide counseling and consulting via the telephone.

If you are interested in making a telephone counseling appointment or want more information, please contact our assessment counselor at 1 (888) 861-5043, Ext. 14 or (407) 539 -0047, Ext. 14.
